Description:
This is the third project undertaken on the 16 acre Queens Quay Enterprise and Learning District.
The 27,000ft2 office building complements provision in Titan Enterprise. The project is a response to market research which indicated a dearth of quality expansion office space. The four storey building offers a flexible range of size options that can be tailored to emerging demand.
Clydebank College, which opened in August 2007 was the first building to be completed at Queens Quay and is already establishing itself as a popular place to work, visit and study.
When the whole enterprise district is completed, there will be over 200 new jobs in the area.

The building was completed in May 2009
