Description:
Carus House is a sustainable office development with a low carbon footprint. The developement comprises two pavilions of 12,000ft2 each and has a prominent location with main road frontage.
The property has the benefit of excellent transport communications, with Glasgow Airport nearby and good bus and rail links. The Clyde Regional Shopping Centre offers good retail and leisure facilities.
Each building will be completed as a separate phase of development.
