Pacific Quay & SECC, Finnieston

Description:

This residential and commercial development comprises 4 blocks of residential apartments arranged around small public piazzas. The 22-storey towers will include around 850 apartments.

To the east of the site, two commercial office blocks with parking are planned with 17,500sq m of space. The design integrates both private and public space within and surrounding the development creating new links along the Clyde and improving pedestrian routes under the Kingston Bridge.

Two L-shaped office blocks will be built as well as four blocks of housing. There will also be shops, parking, amenity areas, and landscaping.

The project has been designed to enhance connections between the developments along the Clyde, the IFSD and Glasgow city centre.
