The Glasgow Works Employer Engagement Team can assist with vacancy filling, job retention, in-work progression, diversity and equalities.

The Team works closely with employers across Glasgow, offering tailored recruitment solutions to fit the requirements of a variety of organisations and sectors; small, medium or large, at no cost to the business.

This includes screening candidates for suitability, handling telephone applications or interviews, distribution and collection of application forms or CVs, carrying out first stage interviews using criteria agreed with employers and delivering aftercare support to ensure the sustainability of employees in the first few weeks and months in work. And, over at Strathclyde University, details of a new, improved online vacancy system have just been released.
