Fast tracking major planning applications for key developments
Selling land "off market" where developers have access to capital necessary to finance development (subject to independent valuation)
More flexibility in land disposal to make it easier for projects to get off the ground
Allowing the deferral of payments developers have to make to develop sites
Establishing a range of business growth funds to support development
