Description:
This development comprises two separate blocks of housing for Loretto Housing Association. The new build project provides housing for a mix of tenants in one and two-bedroom flats with ground level staff offices, common facilities and staff sleep-over accommodation.
The buildings sit on a bend on a main arterial route into the city and will be visible from a distance in both directions. The prefabricated steel structures rise six storeys above the street with basement car parking and an amenity deck at ground floor level. The buildings are over-clad with aluminium panels and polished concrete block with facing brick to the rear.

The buildings were completed in June 2007
