Location:

Renfrew Riverside & Scotstoun, Braehead

Description:

The development at Junction 26 is taking place on a nine-acre site and has a potential end-value in the region of £34million.

Junction 26 forms a gateway development situated immediately on the J26 roundabout of the M8. The project is adjacent to Braehead Shopping Centre and its second phase, Renfrew Riverside, which includes the Ferry Village residential development of more than 2000 new homes, Riverside Braehead Business Park and Xscape.

The  site incliudes a car showroom for Infiniti, further commercial space and housing.

Costa Coffee opened a new drive-thru outlet at Junction 26  in January 2013. This is the second drive-thru in Scotland, following the outlet at Lomondgate Roadside services, which opened in 2012, and has the same striking curved design, which provides indoor and outdoor seating.

There is also a Toby Carvery Restaurant on the site, which opened in 2012.
