Description:
Petrology is developing this specialist welding technology centre comprising a 650m² workshop with overhead crainage and 325m² of office and staff facilities.
Located adjacent to Petrology's existing headquarters on the north bank of the River Clyde immediately to the east of the Erskine Bridge. The centre has been specifically created to design, develop and test welding techniques for the gas and oil industries.
Current status:
Construction is complete and the client has moved in.
Timescale:
The building became operational in June 2006.
Cost:
Approximately £700,000
