Description:
This new build project within the heart of historic Central Govan is a mixed tenure development. The development has been sympathetically designed to complement the character of the existing architecture and historical sites within the Govan conservation area.
The development is situated in an excellent location with a high level of amenities in the surrounding area. The area has superb access to both public transport (bus and underground) and motorway links.
The project provides a combination of 58 houses and apartments. 12 units are low cost housing for sale and 46 units for rent. Rathlin Street was also be streetscaped as part of the project to provide an attractive environment for residents and visitors to the area.
Current status:
Project started on site March 2009 and was completed in November 2010.
