Location:

Greater Govan & Glasgow Harbour, Partick

Description:

This proposed mixed-use development consists of  residential units, class 4 business use, live/work units, open space, landscaping with associated access and public walkway along River Kelvin.

This new proposal replaces plans for a major superstore on the site. Instead, a range of accommodation is being planned. The new mixed-use scheme is expected to have 385 apartments, shops, cafes, a landscaped public square and a new pontoon on the river Clyde.

The Kelvin Valley Park would run along the river, providing safe and attractive pedestrian and cycle connections with the growing residential and leisure facilities in the area.

Current status:

Planning in principle was given December 2011
