Description:
New student accommodation in Old Dumbarton Road will provide 201 student units across 9 floors.
The accommodation will be organised in a series of clusters comprising 4,5 and 6 study bedrooms with communal lounge/dining and kitchen facilities accessed from a double banked central corridor. Kitchen/dining areas are situated at the corners with full height glass to make the most of view out on the street or to the river.
The main common room is located on the topmost floor facing west to take advantage of views along the river.
The building has an excellent location, close to Glasgow University.
