Description:

Linthouse Housing Association has now completed the development of two vacant sites in Aboukir Street.

The 2 new bookend blocks create 24 affordable homes with 12 for rent and 12 for low cost home ownership in Linthouse, with 4 wheelchair accessible apartments.

A new street frontage opens to the North, re-creating the original Linthouse street pattern, and orientating the apartments East and West with balconies and tall windows to maximise the daylight and connections with the street below.

The project is now complete.
