Description:
This high specification eight storey commercial office building of 73,000ft², with 33 secure underground car parking spaces, is located in the heart of Glasgow's bustling financial services area.
The building is part of the successful Atlantic Quay development, which has already seen over 500,000ft² of space built. Numerous amenities are located nearby and the development enjoys easy access to motorway links.
Current status:
Construction work commenced in January 2006 and was completed by Summer 2007. In November 2008 the building was purchased by Credit Suisse Asset Management. The first tenants were accountants BDO Stoy Hayward LLP whose Scottish Headquarters occupy the 5th & 6th floors (17,221 sqft). Balfour Beatty Group Limited (trading as Hayden Young) occupies the 4th Floor 8,671 sqft). Open plan floorplates from 5,209 sq ft to 8,703 sq ft are currently avalable to let.
