Further encouraging signs emerged this month with news of three
more significant deals in Glasgow's office market.
Atkins
Limited, the engineering and project management consultancy, is
taking 20,739 sq ft across the sixth floor and part of the fifth at
Building 2, Atlantic Square, the speculative office development in
the heart of the IFSD.
A JV between BAM Properties
and Taylor Clark Limited, 2 Atlantic Square features 96,650 sq ft
across six floors with 7,000 sq ft retail/restaurant space on the
ground floor.
AECOM, the global
infrastructure consulting firm, is the latest occupier to take
space at HFD Group's 177 Bothwell Street,
securing around 20,000 sq. ft. on the second floor. AECOM has the
option to take more space, through HFD's flexible serviced offices
offering within the building.
FORE Partnership confirmed commercial law firm TLT as the first tenant
for its 95,000 sq. ft. Cadworks development. TLT
will take the 10,000 sq. ft. ninth floor at the Cadogan
Street development.
With the building due for completion in November of this year,
TLT will take occupation immediately on completion to begin its
fit-out. The firm's Scottish office will move to Cadworks in early
2022 on a 10-year lease.
