Glasgow based contact centre operator, Go-Centric now has more than
1,000 employees, following a rapid expansion in its workforce.
In three years, the outsourcer has grown from 50
workers to more than 1,000 and is on course for continued
expansion.
The firm, with offices at the city's Trongate,
works across a broad range of sectors, from fashion retailers to
playing a key role helping deliver vital services to government
bodies, including the NHS.
A labour market survey of new employees has
revealed that 35% were previously out of work.
The firm has also become an accredited living wage
employer and is in the process of being 'youth verified' in
recognition of its commitment to young workers.
David Harper, chair of go-centric (pictured),
said: "Over the past three years, everyone at go-centric has
worked exceptionally hard to grow the business at such a rapid
pace, being guided by our values of respect, integrity and
commitment.
"I am incredibly proud of what we have achieved,
which is testament to the hard-work and dedication of all our
employees."
