Research the many ways that the Clyde has been portrayed in
photographs over the last 150 years by gathering information from
families and community and visits to libraries, galleries and
museums. Photography specialists can be invited into the
class. Learners visit the River Clyde to take photos. Learners can
investigate how various techniques and computer programs can be
used to alter and shape a photographic image. These will then be
used to help the learners create their own images of the Clyde in
2008. The learners will plan and prepare a photography exhibition
for parents and invited guests to showcase the research and
photographs created during the project.
